The roundel can be purchased from many parts suppliers.

For example, Pelican Parts lists the following prices

Hood emblem for e46 (1999-2005) is $14.25

Trunk emblem is $23.25 (sedan, coupe) or $25.75 for wagon)

Look in the yellow pages under auto - Used parts/Junk Yard/Salvage yards.

They will be happy to sell you the logos.
Try Bosch.
I'm sure that there is someone nearby that probably has the exact replacement. :-) Other than a dealer try a junk yard, Craigs List, or Ebay.
If you cannot afford car get rid of it.
