BMW M3 or porsche boxster?? which is a better buy?

either a 2004 porsche boxster or a 2002 M3.

i am havign a hard time because i dont kknow if i shud buy a 2 seater car or a 4 seater. i want the 2 seater because its a porsche and i dont have to give people rides(im in high school) or the beamer the larger and according to my mom its better looking convertible. i believe the beamer is more powerful but wont the porsche go faster because its lighter? and plus its a PORSCHE, but its not a carrera i mean if it was no questin between the carrera and m3 its carrera. but the decision is based on a lifestyle....what do you guys think a 2 seater or the 2002m3 convertible which is more practicle and will not regret the purchase.

My friend has a 2001 M3 and it is soooo fast. it would easily rape a porsche boxster. trust me. the only reason ppl buy boxsters is too say they have a porsche

Are you serious? I would buy an M3 with my eyes closed.....a boxter cannot even be compared to an M3.

If you are concerned about the name, everyone knows M3's are are way better, faster, cooler than a boxter.
