Go to eBay and try to find a new gage cluster That will fix your problem.

i own a repair shop,and there's a ground point that is below the steering column on it and all the inside ground wires connect to it,there is where the ground wire will be on it,there may be more than one down there,but you,ll be able to feel them and see if there loose on it,good luck i hope this help,s,,PS it may be grounded to the steering column also check that ground too.
