Which one is better , BMW X3 or BMW 318i ?

318i for my money. . . if I want a car, I will buy a car, not a SUV made to drive like a car (that used to be called a station wagon, by the way).

it depends what type of car u need. but most would say 318 cos the money for the car..also not a lot of people actually need a 4x4 as the 4x4 does cost a bit more. 318 would be a good choice cos you can get a better equipments or performance than the x3 for the same price...

Entirely different. X3 is a scaled down sports-cute that was introduced about 2 years ago. 318i is a entry-level sedan that's not been made since 1996? 3 series BMW sedans have always been very highly rated, especially the older ones.
You cant really compare the two, the X3 is a SUV the 318i is a car. If your wondering which one is 'better' because your looking to buy one then simply buy what would be more practicle to fit your needs, do you need a SUV that will have more room or a car that you want to just drive.

I don't know if you鈥檙e looking for a new or used car, because they haven't made a 318i since about 1998. Also you have to take into consideration, if you want a SUV or a sedan. If you were going for a new car the X3 is the one I would choose. If you鈥檙e going for a used car I would probably still go for the X3, because it should be a newer model and that is important to me.
I'd rather have a nice looking car than a ugly looking SUV.
