If its the convertable you can pick them up for 15 to 18k depending on the year. The coupe is probably 3-5k less. You can price the car on KBB.com and then check Craigslist to see what people are actually asking for them.

BMW doesnt make 2.3 liter engines any more. its 2.5, 3.0 and 3.5 for the 3 series. used 323 is probably 25K.
